Cooks Connect Evaluation Tool
This Evaluation Tool allows you to evaluate the impact of your cooks network.
Use this Evaluation Tool to measure the impact of your cooks network. The tool can also assist you to quantify and demonstrate the value and contribution of your network towards meeting the requirements of your healthy eating priority area. You can select from the example questions which are relevant to your network and the results will help you:
- Provide data for reporting
- Identify opportunities for improvement
- Promote successful outcomes to future members and their managers
- Assess activities and learnings against the purpose and objectives
This Tool has been developed as part of the Cooks Connect suite of resources to help you implement your network successfully.
