Method
  1. Combine yoghurt and smoky paprika in a bowl and gently mix through pork
  2. Combine cream cheese and mustard
  3. Cut Turkish bread ¾ way through.
  4. Spread Turkish breads with cream cheese mix
  5. Fill with spinach leaves, crumbled feta and sliced capsicum
  6. Top with pulled pork mixture
  7. Set aside for later service
  8. Serve toasted.
