Method
- Evenly spoon the yoghurt between bowls or disposable bowls/boxes.
- Peel the banana and slice length ways, lay this against opposite sides of the yoghurt, top with the mixed berries.
- Combine the pepitas, sunflower seeds and the almonds, sprinkle over the yoghurt and berries evenly. Serve
