Method
  1. Pre heat oven to 180oC
  2. Line loaf tin with Glad Bake or lightly spray muffin tray
  3. Mix dry ingredients
  4. Mix wet ingredients and combine with dry
  5. Fold in fruit
  6. Place in tin or portion into tray
  7. Bake for approx. 35 minutes in tin or until skewer comes out clean
